Recruitment Process

AKIN Language School, in line with its goals and principles, follows a gradual process throughout the year to place competent managers who will share the growth rate of the institution in the right vacancies.

In the evaluation of our new graduates and candidates, all or part of the following evaluation processes are applied in accordance with the requirements of the position;

* Competency-Based Interview technique

* An evaluation report is presented by applying the Vocational Personality Inventory technique.

As a result of the aforementioned assessment, Akın Language School makes a job offer to the candidates and the one suitable for the position starts working.

Selection and Placement Process as to Akın Language School’s Teacher and Author Staff

Akın Language School’s academic staff vacancies are published for all foreign language branches every year, and applications for the relevant ones are evaluated depending on the vacant positions that are released during the year.

Teacher and Education Manager applications must be made to / Human Resources / Career section via www.alkindil.com during the year.

All resumes are evaluated within the framework of confidentiality principles.

Points taken into consideration during the resume evaluation process:

Meeting the appointment conditions of the Ministry of National Education,

Compliance with the branch and formation,

Having at least 1 year of teaching experience in accordance with the conditions determined by Akın Language School (Only the periods during which actual teaching is done are taken into account)

 

Interview Process

Candidates who meet the above conditions and are found suitable based on the resume will be contacted by phone for a “face-to-face interview”.

Interviews are conducted by the Founder and the Institution Manager.

Candidates whose interviews are positive may be invited to a class presentation in a real classroom setting.

The reference check process is initiated for candidates evaluated positively.

Candidates are expected to share the contact information of relevant managers who can evaluate their performance from the institutions they work for as reference information.

In order for the job search process of candidates to be carried out within the framework of confidentiality, reference providers are also expected to indicate the same sensitivity and care.

Candidates who meet the expectations during the reference process are invited to an offer interview and a job contract is signed with the ones who are mutually agreed upon.
